Mack has worked for over 20 years in SharePoint and related technologies. He is currently the senior SharePoint architect at Nationwide IT services supporting several Federal and DoD customers. He has had SharePoint (on Prem and O365) roles in many organizations including Avanade, Accenture Federal Services, CSC, InfoReliance, Microlink and served 11 years as the chairman of the nations largest SharePoint users group. He has worked in all aspects of collaboration and knowledge management in the SharePoint and O365 realms and is a frequent speaker at Microsoft technology events.
